Austin came to my help me with our OLD 92 water heater. Yes, I said 1992. He was very professional, and did not mind that I had to run around like crazy between my toddlers' needs and my 4 dogs acting like fools. He took his time to explain everything to me, and made sure I understood it all. He was very likeable, easy to speak to, and took care of us in 30 mins. He provided us with an estimate and explained everything that would be done when we go through with the replacement when the time comes. Had a morning plumbing emergency and the whole house got backed up. I have a family with young kids and couldn’t wait so I called rotorooter and they had someone out for us before noon. I worked with Brian - this guy is the real deal. He kept me up to date with everything going on and made sure I knew what the cost range would be. There weren’t any surprises with the job and I gotta say that Brian is a hard worker. It was hotter than a tin foil sweater outside and this guy dug up and replaced a sewage pipe filled with roots that was causing the backup. Give the guy a raise!

I called the night before about a non-emergency leak and Chis Dial was able to help out the next morning. He quickly identified the problem and gave me an option to replace or rebuild. Then Chris completed the work in a timely manner with detailed notes on the invoice about what he did.
