Kenny was awesome. He explained everything step by step as the service went on so at no point did I ever feel like I was in the dark. Everything was explained in great detail so that we could have a better understanding of what we were seeing and just all around respectful professional top notch service.

Plumbing problems are no fun. This company made things easier. Much thanks to Chris Williams and Daniel Cassar who came in to do the needed work. They went above and beyond to resolve my plumbing issues. They are courteous and friendly. They kept me informed as the work progressed and answered all of my questions. Had services done by the water mitigation team work inside the house was good insurance came and replaced everything . But when it comes to payment I have paid them long ago have bank statements and the invoice for two transactions. I have been called four times and texted saying they was told by the insurance company that we received a check for them and want the check . I don’t owe you anything I have been told repeatedly they will fix it and apologize. Still to this day I am still getting a phone call today from a different person last four times same individual. This is unacceptable and if this is what I have to deal with after services done I will not do business with roto rooter Services: Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Water damage-related mold removal
