My pressure relief valve started leaking on a Saturday afternoon, I have messaged Marcelis (pardon if I spelled the name wrong), and he responded right away. After studying the pictures I’ve provided, he informed of of the measures I should take until he is able to come out and fix it. I wanted the leakage to be fixed at the earliest time possible, so he made an exception and came by on Sunday morning. He showed up on time, assessed the situation, identified the problem, and even went to the store to pick up the replacement pressure relief valve. The service we received from Perfecto Plumbing was superb! The initial contact with them to completion of the job was only a few days (actually, the delay was on us). They were very professional courteous and polite. They made sure the job was exactly the way we wanted it (with their expert advice) prior to them finishing.
