They were not friendly when they arrived at my property. They didn't even confirm that I had approved their visit. They broke my Easter lillies and didn't even offer to pay for them. They were not the least interested in explaining what damages they found or what they were going to do.
D. HITE…W. Columbia **Tip Top is exactly as the name says! Our screen porch had some damage from a previous contractor job (not Tip Top) causing inside leaking which required the entire 12w X 36L (420 sq ft) roof to be replaced. We contacted Tip Top on Thursday to schedule a date for quote. It being Summer with storms regularly to our surprise we had a very professional and knowledgeable representative come out the SAME DAY on THURSDAY! The quote given was reasonable for the job (Bitumen Roll Roof & labor) the following Wednesday our new roof was completed!! *****Very satisfied and highly recommend TIP TOP FOR YOUR ROOFING NEEDS!!!
