Our screen porch had some damage from a previous contractor job (not Tip Top) causing inside leaking which required the entire 12w X 36L (420 sq ft) roof to be replaced. We contacted Tip Top on Thursday to schedule a date for quote. It being Summer with storms regularly to our surprise we had a very professional and knowledgeable representative come out the SAME DAY on THURSDAY! The quote given was reasonable for the job (Bitumen Roll Roof & labor) the following Wednesday our new roof was completed!! *****Very satisfied and highly recommend TIP TOP FOR YOUR ROOFING NEEDS!!! We are extremely happy with the work crew of Tip-Top Roofing who did an outstanding job. It was a quick response from Ashley from obtaining a reasonable estimate, to starting the job on time as promised and sending a hardworking crew to get the job done expertly. The crew worked on our roof for 2 days and each day the crew made sure to cover up the landscaping and clean up the yard thoroughly, picking up every bit of debris before leaving. The pictures sent to us from every top angle of our roof from start to finish looked fantastic.
