Jeff was our technician and he was very thorough and explained everything in great detail until we understood. He didn’t pressure us to purchase any repairs that were not necessary, rather explained the damage that could be done without a repair. Price was very fair! I highly recommend becoming a member to take advantage of all the free services and benefits!
Had a malfunction with my A/C. Scheduled an appointment with airserve who was able to send a technician out within 12 hours. By the time the technician arrived I had already solved the issue. Jeff was outstanding and professional. Even though the services were no longer needed Jeff was very professional as I met him in the driveway to explain the situation. He assured me there was no hard feelings over not needing help. Saved airserve in my phone and any future HVAC needs this company will be my absolute first call. Thanks again for the overwhelming professionalism during a very busy time of the year
Update: Got a call from air serv, had a good chat, sometimes that makes all the difference. Raised review to 3 stars. The tech was a nice guy but their pricing can be steep. I would recommend research on common causes for issues and expected cost before calling.
