I normally call waterB but they were busy until next week so I called Hander. Hander came over next day and I immediately loved that he was friendly, laid back yet still professional and cared about getting it finished correctly. He was even joking around. I find it awkward AF to be around strangers but Jacob was awesome! He also has good hand writing so I can read this invoice. It was about $200 less than I thought it was going to be. Wooohooo!!! Ultra relieving to have a fun, nice, professional person to “deal with” when plumbing issues come up; it makes it a lot less stressful! Hander will be my first call next time! Service: Toilet repair
