Mark came out to inspect 2 leaks I have had repaired twice by 2 different roofers. One was a wall and the other was a chimney. I've already paid 2800 for these to be fix by the other roofers. Long story short they used $20 in caulk and made it harder for mark to fix the leaks. Well after mark told me what he was going to do I agreed to let him do it. What he did was tear the areas down to nothing and replace everything he removed with new materials. Its rained many times since then and no problems. I've referred him to 4 of my friends and he's done a great job for them as well. He's very knowledgeable as to the work he does and I'll never call or refer anybody else for my home repair needs. Good hard workers, competent and fast. Mark has done repairs for me in the past, including replacing my leaking skylight. When my roof got to bad to repair we did a total tear off and replacement.
