Spencer installed our TV mount. The install was fine...except he installed the mount upside down after my boyfriend told him the way it should go. We were still going to leave a good review, but we have since had a very bad experience dealing with him. Austin, his associate, was great. The day of install, we were clear with him that we did not need a power cord that he decided to include anyway without making that clear to us. My boyfriend was in the room during install but facing away, working on his computer. We paid the invoice before an itemized list was included. Spencer had told us we wouldn't be charged for things we declined, so we trusted that. We later received an itemized list and saw the cord on it, so we called right away. We asked for a refund on this cord since we had declined it already. He said he doesn't usually do refunds but then quickly agreed to the refund after some insistence on our part (never angry or rude). When my boyfriend was heading out to return the cord
