So pleased with the outcome. The technician was so courteous and knowledgeable. He cleaned out A/C and replaced a part. He came out the same day and was so nice and explained everything to my husband. The price was so reasonable. We will have him back in the fall to clean and service our furnace. The customer service was the best, Ray Collins came out to check the heat/air unit. He checked it throughly and came up with the problem. I scheduled an appointment with Ray Collins and he was on time, he worked until the job was complete(even in the rain). So I now have heat and I would highly recommend this business.
Ray was great to do business with! He came out the same day I placed the call. I was quoted an upfront rate for the service call and he got my a/c unit troubleshooted and fixed in a couple hours. He also went above and beyond to clean my unit. He explained everything clearly and some tips on how to keep my unit running efficiently in the future.
