The customer service was the best, Ray Collins came out to check the heat/air unit. He checked it throughly and came up with the problem. I scheduled an appointment with Ray Collins and he was on time, he worked until the job was complete(even in the rain). So I now have heat and I would highly recommend this business.
Ray was great from the very start with communication, giving lots of options, and offering thorough explanations. Once the job started he was very dedicated to finishing and worked overtime until my A/C was running! Would highly recommend for all your heat and A/C needs.
Ray responded quickly to my message regarding needing my HVAC system looked at. He came when he said he would, did the work he said he would, and kept me appraised of everything he was doing, or that I needed, during the appointment. My HVAC is working great.
