Paid almost 10k for a new system, and should’ve known it was bad news when they left after installing and it didn’t work, and it turned out they installed part of it backwards. Now our brand new, “top of the line” system breaks every time the weather changes. It always takes several times coming out because they don’t diagnose, just try to patch something up as quickly as possible without really spending time to figure out what is wrong, and don’t even wait to see if it works before they leave. They are either not sure what they are doing or intentionally trying to get you to have to call for an emergency, more expensive visit over the weekend. We’ve had this system for less than two years. This spring the air conditioner broke as soon as the weather warmed up, I called, and the technician was a no show the day they said they would stop by.
