US Air Heating & Air Conditioning

I have used this business for 2 years at the apartment complex I manage in Clarksville, TN. I have always had a good experience until this week. After speaking with a woman named Tammy the other day who was extremely rude to me, and pretty much sounded like she didn't care to take our business. I was told that they were so busy that they couldn't get to me until late next week but someone would call me back. I agreed but never got a call back. Two days later in that same week, I have a guy who randomly shows up to do the work. I explain that I never got a call back to tell me he was coming and that I wasn't expecting him so he couldn't do the work. After the technician leaves I get a call back from Tammy chastising me about how she tried to call my office yesterday. Well I didn't have any messages and this is a business and I cannot answer every call. Tammy was really rude telling me I should just find someone in town to do our work going forward because the 25-30 minute drive just isn

Could not be more happy with the company and the repair. They came out the same day diagnose what was wrong got the part the next morning and repaired it. From when I called them to when it was repaired it was 26 hours! The only reason it was that long is that they had to pickup the part the next morning. Hard to find fast quality reasonable repair but US air heating and air-conditioning was outstanding!
