Initial phone contact with Randy professional and informative. Work done by Jerimy...excellent job, easy to communicate with, went above and beyond to be helpful.

Mike was the contractor. We felt he did a fair job but did not hang the ceiling fan or add the thermostat, which were both included in the price quote. He hung a light but there was a gap in the ceiling which he totally disregarded. He painted the walls and left paint on the ceiling. He did offer to come back to hang the ceiling fan after we bought another one but when we tried to reach him, he would not respond. I called the company and spoke with Randy, who said he would send a check to reimburse us for the services that were quoted but not done. I tried calling Randy after waiting more than a week and my message was not returned. I would NOT recommend this company due to the poor work and lack of integrity demonstrated.

Called Ace to have some exterior repairs done following the Easter tornado to replace some siding, a metal roof panal, and the screen on the porch. Had the work done, and it was originally not what I expected for the price. But Randy came out and made things right, and can finally enjoy a bug-free porch again. I appreciate a business that goes out of their way to make sure a customer is satisfied. These guys will take care of you.
