I ordered 11 windows & a slide glass door the installers did the job all in one day i was pleased with the quality of the windows i live next to a railroad & the noise from the trains passing by has significantly been quieter
Tate Kelso was the rep who came out to our home to do a consultation. He was very informative, knowledgeable, and professional. He understood our wants and gave us the options we needed to make a decision for our older home.
We had the pleasure of meeting Ryan Whitt. He was an excellent project manager. His presentation was thorough and he was very knowledgeable not only about the product but about the process from beginning to end. He went out of his way to make calls to try to locate our color choice also. I was impressed with his customer service, follow up and professionalism.
