Burell Built Roofing

Had them come out to give me an estimate to replace my roofing after the tornado on 4/12/20 messed up a lot of our shingles. The salesman came out and spent approximately 45 minutes with me. He informed me that he would have me an estimate in approximately a week. Never heard from them again. That was four months ago. Nothing but a waste of my time. Ultimately I had another local company do it and they did a great job. By not getting back to me they essentially lost approximately a $10,000 job. If your time is valuable then don’t waste your time calling this place.

I called a week ago and spoke with a very pleasant gentleman who said he would forward my information. I got a call that night from a roofer I told him I was missing some shingles from a storm the weekend before and just needed them replaced He said he would be out on Monday to take a look and I didn’t need to be home (that was Thursday). I didn’t hear from him on Monday so sent a text message Tuesday asking if he had had a chance to look at the roof since there is a storm predicted for the coming weekend and I don’t want the roof to start leaking and cause even more issues. He replied and said he had not had a chance to come by but would on Wednesday. By Wednesday night still never heard a word. So I guess I’ll move on to yet another roofer who probably won’t show up or communicate with me either.

Unfortunately we had to replace our roof. It was bad. Burell's crew did an amazing job on many levels. Prompt, hard working, attention to detail, and the final product was beautiful. The price was right and worth every penny. I highly recommend Burell if you need a new roof.
