Mike and Jeff were subcontracted by Lowe's to install new doors on my home. Generally, they did a very nice job and the doors look great. They were very personable during the installation and did a thorough cleanup. However, on one of the doors, the strike hole for the deadbolt was not deep enough, leaving the deadbolt inoperable. They missed it, and I missed it too. Five days later and I called another company in to fix this small mistake so that I can use the deadbolt properly. Service: Installation
