John came out on short notice and fixed my leak so we could turn our hot water back on. I appreciate that so much. The “Big Name” plumber had charged me over 4x what it should have been, and I still had to call Chattanooga/ Battlefield Plumbing to be able to take a hot shower (if you have ever had to take a cold shower, you know what I mean).
