After a power outage, I lost the blower on my AC. I called Reliable as soon as it was clear that there was a problem and they had someone out within a few hours! It was early evening when the diagnostic work was complete so they advised me to wait until morning to see if the needed parts were under warranty and possibly save a significant amount of money. They weren't under warranty, but I got a call letting me as much first thing in the morning which allowed me to get them out to fix the problem(s) that afternoon. In a short 2 day window, I placed a service call, got the problem figured out, was given an opportunity to save some money, and got the problem fixed. Along the way, everyone I spoke to was incredibly pleasant, responsive, and helpful. I can't really speak to cost as compared to others, but my experience with Reliable was top notch and I couldn't be happier.

I have been a customer of Reliable for 20+ years.....this is a fair minded, professional business, something that can be difficult to find in this industry lately. It actually started about 10 or15 years ago. I was down on Bell Ave and saw a dachshund running loose. I felt sure he'd get run over so I grabbed him. I put him in my neighbors garage because I have rabbits. I went back down to that little neighborhood store and tge lady told me it was the owner of Reliable's dog. They were so grateful they gave me a free service call and we've used you ever since. We called yesterday and Tyler came out just a few hours later. Great service and the air was up and running when he left. We will never use anybody else. Service: HVAC system repair
