They were called after 3 attempts with HEP…. The reservoir was full on the inside unit and the pump wasn’t working Properly. Realizable came and fixed the problem with no issues I don’t appreciate having to pay $25 the second day because a storm took out power the day before , it should have been an extension of the previous day but it’s fixed. A/c froze up. Was checked out .found to have leaks. Chose to replace both heat & a/c as it was 13 yrs old. Crew dismantled & installed in one day. Crew wore shoe covers to prevent floor damage then vacuumed the stairs to the attic before leaving. Hauled off all old system and debris. I am satisfied with the job.
