I recently got another high water and sewage bill and couldn’t figure out what was going on after thoroughly searching the house and found nothing. I then searched my driveway and found a pool of water but I wasn’t sure if it was from a recent rain shower. I called HEP and Jesus & Matt came out and confirmed that was my problem & they proceeded to replace and repair the leak. They did an outstanding job even though they had to wait a little bit on the city utilities to cut off the water at the meter due to it being seized up. I am well pleased with their professionalism and the manner they kept me informed throughout. I will be calling HEP again for any home repairs that arise. Thanks again. I pay $7 a month to be a member, and use them a few times a year. It only costs $7 when they come out for a service cost. $7 to unclog a drain, and you get discounts on any other service you have done if you are a member. I HIGHLY recommend the monthly plan, it really has saved me a TON of money. And they normally get someone out within a day or two of calling.
