Classic. In-laws in town. Weekend. Backup into the bathroom they are using. Ray was here in a snap and solved the issue for the short term while identifying the bigger fix that is needed. Fixed. And honest. I appreciate that.
Ray does a great job. He has very reasonable prices. His staff are polite and efficient. I just love their work.
THE and I meanTHE absolute worst! Called “Ray” at 11:30 this morning- oh yes ma’am text me your address I’ll be right over. It’s after 5pm and I haven’t heard a peep. I’ve called, left VM’s and texted asking for an eta and crickets. Would NOT recommend this business to my worst enemy.
