They cleaned up every part of the property and were done quickly even though they had to do work with the deck boards. the project was The best we could have hoped for. we are very well pleased. They were going to charge my elderly mother $3,700 to change out her water heater and regulator. Then we they were asked to leave, they said that their hourly rate is $500! Do not use this company! They use technicians and a helper, not a licensed plumber. They even installed an unnecessary shut off valve on the output of the water heater. They tried to justify the outrageous charge on extra things they did like inspecting other pipes and faucets and “descaling” an already drained broken water heater. After they left, they parked a few houses away for 45 minutes before leaving possibly to try to justify the time charged to us. They would not itemize the charges on the bill to justify the trumped up charges. We had a licensed plumber complete their work for $1,100 less in a fraction of the time with better results. It’s a shame how our elderly are taken advantage of. Please do not use them. Service: Water tank installation
