Tyler was wonderful professional and very knowledgeable. We called southeast total services because I had absolutely no water, Tyler was the technician and within 10 minutes of being at my home he had already found the problem and working on getting it fixed. I had used this company before with good results, but not this time. I called them to repair my bathtub faucet. $141 later it's still leaking and now they say I need a new faucet. The so called manager couldn't be bothered to call me back, but in our initial conversation he did mention that they have a service rate of $93 per hour...hard to understand, then, why I was charged $141 for a half hour of work and a $25 part. Guess I got swindled all the way around. Edit: I found out that they charged me at their service rate of $93/hour for the drive to Lafayette. So if you make the mistake of calling them, know that they may tell you they come to your area, but you'll be charged a ridiculous amount for it. Service: Faucet repair

We had a plumbing emergency when we returned from vacation. My coworker recommended I call Southeast Total Service and they were there after hours in about an hour or so. You will have to pay for after hours service after 5pm, but it was so worth it not to have to go without water for who knows how long! They were incredibly professional and got the job done quickly. They’ll be on my speed dial from now on for our future plumbing needs.
