me and my husband changed over from city sewage to septic tank and Chatta-Rooter Plumbing was the company we chose for installation. We couldn't be happier with the results. These guys are absolutely AMAZING! Highly recommend Chatta-Rooter!! We were continuing to have issues with the septic in our new build house where water was pooling above the tanks in our front yard. We originally had a plumber from Roto-rooter come out to look at but, they couldn’t figure it out and said it was just because of snow melting. I Googled other septic companies in chattanooga and saw the good reviews for Chatta-Rooter. They did not disappoint! They scheduled an assessment within a couple days of me calling. John came out and he could tell right away our pump was malfunctioning. I was super impressed that he did his research ahead of time and looked up the type of septic we had (low pressure system) and educated me about how it works and the kind of maintenance it requires.
