We've used action air for some time now and are very pleased with the service. The tech has been to our house a couple of times. This particular time our unit went down, although they couldn't come out right away due to weather conditions, they showed up as soon as they could. Very pleased with their service and would highly recommend. Lance, the technician, is very knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. The value is immeasurable.
