After the March storms I called and called companies and just happened to run into Casey who works for this company at my neighbors house and he took care of my house immediately! He tarped my roof (no charge) and worked with my awful insurance company for me! Had a new roof installed because of his efforts. Highly recommend and ask for Casey! Just recently got a new roof from Southern Roofing and Renovation and my whole experience was top notch. Tony Louffler was my agent and I couldn't of asked for a better agent. He was very professional and took his time with every step with me. He texted and called and keep me informed at all times. If I had any question he responded ASAP!!! This company was extremely professional. The job was completed in less than a day even though we had many many issues with our roof. James and the Southern roofing family are absolutely fantastic and have recommended them to several people already.
