The tech I talked to (for an in common customer) was rude, argumentative and hung up on me. After i called the office and complained, the owner called me back and was equally rude and argumentative. He continuously interrupted and talked over me. Being a small business owner, i would never talk to a customer in such a manner. He then proceeded to tell me he had been working for our common customer "for a hell of a lot longer than i had", and he didn't even have to deal with me. I added my "final thought"(F-you!) and ended the conversation in the same way their tech did.
Local, respectful, professional and compassionate company. Used them for both commercial and residential. Very highly recommended!
Michael is very friendly and knowledgeable! We've had nothing but outstanding service from Modern for more than 10 years now!
