Came home to it being over 80 degrees upstairs, I called them and paid the extra few bucks for them to come immediately and they were here within 90 minutes! David was very nice and fixed our unit in 10 minutes flat! It was a simple fix and I was very happy with the service
We had an issue with our downstairs unit not working and one-hour sent Mr Joel Scott out to us to service the AC unit. He was very professional, kind, and, charismatic, making us feeling at ease during the entirety of the experience. Issue got addressed within a timely manner. They squeezed me in on a booked Saturday. The technician David arrived on time and diagnosed my issue promptly and affected the necessary repairs in a very timely manner.
