I had gutter guards applied 9/2021. Informed staff when they came to my home about pine needles from trees in my yard. Was told that wasn’t a problem guards would prevent having gutters cleaned. Have had to have gutters cleaned numerous times which is unsafe. Called the company staff came out took pictures and Leslie would contact me next day. I waited for 3 days called the company again. Was told that it wasn’t anything that they could do. I could purchase the new product that was being used now, or just replace on side where the majority of trees are located. I’m not willing to pay out any more money to this company. Service: Interior & exterior window cleaning

I was provided a date of Friday to have a piece of damaged siding replaced. I understood when my appointment needed to be rescheduled to first thing the following morning. I did not receive a call until 1:30 pm that they would not be coming until Monday. They did arrive Monday morning. Where the 2 pieces join is noticeable. They also did not follow the same pattern when tacking the new piece in place. I was told other than the piece being a slightly different color due to weathering, I would not be able to tell. I received a survey and invoice for services but no follow up if I was happy with the job. I am happy to have it fixed. For the price, I would have expected this to be near perfect.
