Ty quickly and accurately assessed the problem with my HVAC system. He gave me options of how to correct the issues, and explained the technical reasons so I could make an informed decision. Then, Ty set to work on making necessary repairs! Now I have peace that the HVAC unit is operating efficiently and safely. Great job!
The crew was very professional and courtesy. They explained what they were doing beforehand and were very quick in their task. This company will be the only ones that will do my yearly checkups and service. Thank you gentlemen for having the integrity and professionalism you had. I highly recommend this company to anyone.
My air was restored, however, after consulting other HVAC companies, I was told that I was significantly overcharged. I paid $420.00 just to replace a contactor. It took the service man 15 to 20 minutes to replace it. I only give a rating of 2 because their response time was within an hour, otherwise the rating would have been the lowest possible!
