Brandon provided excellent service and took the time to explain what was needed to fix my toilet leaking. Very friendly and professional and would recommend him for your needs. Edit 8/3/23 After waiting 2 days for repair I have nothing done. I had typed a lengthy edit for this review but google map app crashed before I could post. This company requires you to pay 1/2 up front and will schedule your repair then never contact you. When you call to check you are told tech is behind but still coming. When Brandon showed up my repair was found to be much more involved and my original quote of $500 tripled to $1,500 again 1/2 upfront. Today my tech did not show and I had no contact other than a call/text this am stating tech will be here between 1-6:00pm. You have to call for updates just to be told tech is behind. Was told by Brandon job will take several hours. Called at 4 and 6pm this afternoon and asked for manger to contact me. Only way this is done is by company email. I cannot call my
