Derek and Ryan have provided service at both my home and at my business. They have done everything from general maintenance to new installs. We have had several instances where we have needed repair work done at my office due to having multiple old units, and St. John's has always gotten us on the schedule without having to wait too long, and Derek has always arrived at the time he has said he would. I've had my HVAC system repaired with different companies multiple times over the past year and each time it only lasted a few months. I called St. John's to get a quote for a new unit. Ryan first came to my home 2 weeks ago. He had great recommendations for what needed to be done and even found out that my unit was actually undersized. He offered great financing options and the install was scheduled for the next week. The install went great, the 2 gentleman arrived on time, wore shoe covers in the home and treated the home with respect. They walked me through how to work my new thermostat and made sure I was happy before they left.
