We were not there when they came to our rental property to “solve” the problem. We paid them they didn’t solve anything and weren’t able to connect us with the plumber that came over to have the issue professionally addressed. Renee that took the call was not pleasant to talk to when simply requesting a report of what happened since we hired them for a service they couldn’t perform and ultimately paid them. These guys are awesome. I used them a few months ago for plumbing and they did a great job so I just had them come out (in a ice storm I might add) to fix our HVAC. They showed up in about a hour of me calling and had the problem fixed within 10-15 minutes. Nathan did a great job. Their pricing is very fair, too. Once you find a company you can trust you’re going to keep using them. Honestly, it’s a relief when you have somebody to call that you can trust for plumbing and HVAC. You won’t feel like you’re getting ripped off or talked into something you don’t need by a used car salesmen. Highly recommended.

I used this company today for the first time, they had someone at my house within 24 hours. The plumber was able to diagnose and fix the problem in a short amount of time for a reasonable price. What more can you ask for! I will definitely use them again in the future…
