RooferRx came to me through a recommendation from Jordan (See previous reviews!). Lorraine was extremely easy to communicate with, responding to ~30+ emails in a timely and patient manner...and Jimmy and Todd (and larger team!) inspected, reviewed, met with adjusters, and completed the work super quickly! Jimmy and the folks at Roofer Rx were great to work with. For a better price than their competitors, I received prompt, quality service in a tumultuous time (this was right after the tornadoes hit Nashville, and right when Covid broke out). I will also add that Jimmy was very knowledgeable, honest, and didn't try to upsell me. I was coming out of my own pocket for the roof replacement, and he respected that. Would happily use Roofer RX again for any roofing needs.
Roofer RX replaced our gutters/downspouts and did a great job. They matched the color perfectly, was on time and professional.
