First class all the way around. Does my work at home and business. Always fair and reliable. Had a leak in my a/c at home that was filled and repaired in just a couple hours. Installed two new systems at work two years ago and no problems. Price of refrigerant is high and I thought Mr. Cools was very fair and honest.
Met Sam this morning and he is one of those men that really knows his work. Having been in const. for 40+ years, I was impressed with his knowledge of HVAC service, his fair pricing and honest opinions of my system history so I now have a cost-effectve top-draw friend and help with my home. I recommend him to all in need of hvac repair.
It was hot as hades! Mr Cool came to the rescue! He was polite and promptly arrived. It turned out to just be a small part, thank goodness. My air has been running great ever since!
