I was quoted a price to come to my house to analyze the problem and provide an estimate. I was specific in what test I needed to have performed (shower pan leak test) before they came out. After they performed the analysis, I was told it would cost significantly (350%) more than I was quoted on the phone and they did exactly the test I had requested and nothing more. I was then informed the original quote was "just to drive to my house". I was told the extra cost was for the test that I had already said I wanted performed when I set the appointment. I would have absolutely shopped this around if I knew the quoted price $$ was just the beginning as I know I could have had it done for much less (it was a standard 20 minute test that any plumber can do). Beware - be very specific on what you agreeing to pay and what work is included. Very misleading. Service: Shower repair

We were one of the lucky ones with a Christmas Eve Frozen Pipe Disaster. Luckily we were able to control some of the disaster before it got to bad and caused more damage. Our damage was in our master bathroom from the pipes in the attic busting when the frozen pipes thawed out. River City Plumbing came to our rescue first thing Monday morning. Not only did they fixed our busted pipes but found a few more pin sized holes in other areas and saved us from damages in other areas. We are now up and running with water again! River City Plumbing was quick to get me on the books, upfront about costs/pricing, and did quite a bit of work for a reasonable price. They were easy to work with - Trey was at my house basically from 8:30 am until just after 6 and his supervisor/manager was in and out all day - and so far everything seems to be done well! It is never exciting to call someone in for plumbing repairs, and we spent a lot of money fixing silly mistakes from the previous home owner (seriously the upstairs toilet was connected to hot water), but the experts at River City Plumbing are good.
