We worked with Destiny Swink and Caleb for a wind damage insurance claim on our home in Charlotte Park. Destiny was our point person and she was awesome. We had never made a homeowners insurance claim prior to this event, and she helped walk us through the process and handled a significant portion of the communication with the insurance company. She was friendly, very responsive, and made the whole process easier than I would have ever expected. The crew showed up early and made very quick work of our new roof installation. We had our entire roof redone due to storm and wind damage this spring. Best Choice Roofing did a tremendous job.
