Patrick from Sunset Home Improvement is the GOAT, he arrived on time, let me know the condition of the roof. Once the claim was filed he worked with the insurance company when they had questions or pushed back and got the job approved. His team where polite, professional and worked hard to get the job completed in short order. I have already recommended him to a friend and would not hesitate to do so again. Sunset Home Improvement did a great job with removal of the existing roof and installation of the new (due to storm damage). What stands out to me the most is the incredible service. From the first conversation we had, Patrick was very attentive, answered all of our questions, spoke with us about our concerns with care, and followed up. Patrick also found missing items on our insurance adjuster's estimate (that two other companies did not even notice). He has made this process as easeful as possible.
