Kimbro Air

After our HVAC had been out for several weeks and Hiller was taking their precious time getting back with us…we called Kimbro. Chad informed us that he could be out to look and fix our systems within 2 days. Him and Storm were here to fix our HVACs and got them running quickly. They were both very professional and explained everything clearly. They said the quotes we received from other companies were way overpriced and did it for almost HALF what the other companies were stating. We will definitely be using this company again when our HVAC needs a tune-up or has any issues and have sent them as a trusted recommendation to our Home Insurance and Home Warranty companies. Kimbro Air was very quick to respond and get someone to my house. Storm was amazing and so professional. He kept me informed and was able to use the warranty for my water heater to replace the malfunctioning part. I will definitely use them again! Service: Water heater repair

Kimbro air came out quickly when needed. However, they did not fix the issue and instead installed a work around that will not work long term. Their billing admin had incorrect information and was unprofessional. Example: I had asked for an emailed invoice, and got an angry phone call a few days later about my “past due invoice” when no invoice had been sent via mail or email. I explained that the invoice was not received after the service, and was told: “Well we need to get PAID.” Well, I can’t pay a bill that wasn’t sent. Often times emergency HVAC services are used in a stressful time when you are dealing with many factors , so it helps to know the people you rely on in those times will be honest, do good work, and treat you decently. After this experience, I wouldn’t trust Kimbro air to do those things. Service: HVAC system repair
