Called late afternoon to see if they could make it out to my house the same day as our unit was blowing out warm air. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and professional. I was surprised that I actually had a real person on the phone instead of having to leave a voice mail. Because I had called two other places before calling them, and both places had a vm to pick up, and I would have had to leave a message. I explained my problem and she said she could have someone out by 5:30 pm that day. So I was pleasantly surprised whenever a repairman showed up about 3:15. My husband went out and explained what was going on. The repairman was also very pleasant and professional as well as very knowledgeable. He had our air running with cold air within 45 minutes! It was a very reasonable rate , and the lady explained the charges on the phone to me before they even came out. So there were no shock of undisclosed charges. Was originally called to do diagnostic on thermostat and heating unit, then performed repairs but neglected to put the condensation pipe back into drain which caused water leakage which caused damage to ceiling. Allen (the owner) I suppose refused to admit fault and would not even offer to make things right. Services: Heating system repair, Thermostat repair

Called at 9am, was back cold by 11:30am. Technician MJM was very professional and explained everything perfectly. Found my HVAC company, can cross that off my list! Highly recommend!
