Installed sump pump in 1 day, hardwired and ready to go. Great job.
Our builder grade toilet went out in our new construction home, so we decided to replace. We ended up having a few issues (the toilet we bought at Home Depot was defective), and Scenic City had to come out multiple times. They offered the best customer service and worked hard to get the issues resolved. Daniel and Chris really care about their customers. They’ve been out to help us several other times and have always offered top notch service.
They were able to put in a new water line to my house the same day they came out. Both guys were friendly and hard working (Skylar and Alex I believe). I even offered to leave a tip for working in the rain and they politely declined.
