After getting a brand new Central Air & Gas unit installed a few months ago, I had to call to have them come out when the heat was not coming on. They came out promptly and said it was fixed. I wake up this morning and it's 50 degrees in my house. I called since they were only out here a week ago, and it's gonna be a week before they can come back. Seven days. For a brand new unit they were just out here a week ago to supposedly fix. Use this company at your own risk!

Jody's team is the best. Roger and crew installed my duel fueled heat pump unit in a short time and followed up with the best customer service of any company I’ve known. Gary and Angie quickly responded to a hiccup we had with the unit and Roger and team quickly and efficiently resolved the issue. My very sincere thanks to them all.
