These guys are absolutely terrible at what they do. They don’t care about homeowners and only look for money. The roofing inspectors are uneducated and not professional whatsoever. There is many instances where they intentionally damage your roof so they get you to file an insurance claim….and if that claim doesn’t get fully approved, they ghost you and leave you with man made damage on your roof and no help whatsoever. I’ve been in roofing and construction for 5+ years now and you wouldn’t believe how many homeowners i get calling me and asking me to pick up the slack from these guys and have to go behind them and repair their damage they left on others roofs. Matt Hanson was great!! Our neighbors tree fell on our house and punctured our roof in 3 places and tore off our gutter. Matt was super helpful and always quick to respond. He even helped us with our insurance claim. Definitely thankful for Matt!!
