Best company ever! Quality work and very professional.

We used Forks River to add a large screened porch to our existing home, and we could not have been more thrilled with their work. From the initial call and throughout each stage of the process they were responsive, professional, and competent, not to mention being truly delightful people. Their bid was detailed and clear, as were all plans, materials lists, and billing. Their architect provided a creative solution to a difficult roof tie-in, and Kathryn was available throughout the build for any questions. Matt was on-site whenever needed if complications arose (like the unexpected discovery of an old septic tank) and resolved them rapidly and competently. The entire work crew was amazing. They showed up promptly at 8 am and worked steadily through the day, every day, unless it was hopelessly pouring rain, always good-natured and generally just pleasant folks to have around your home. Forks River is absolutely an amazing team. Hands down the best in Knoxville. I’ve used many other company’s beforehand and it was a horrible experience. Katheryn and Matt are such a pleasure to work with. They listened to what my needs and wants were and they delivered. They have awesome team that are very highly skilled and they answered all my questions that I had. This is my second time using them and it won’t be my last. They re did a lot of work to my outdoor patio that the previous contractor screwed up on. Nothing was to code with my previous contractor.
