I have never gone here and they didn’t have what I needed. No matter how old it is, they just walk right over to it and hand it to you. Amazing. Today, the man at the counter says “lever or knob” and we said “lever” and he pulls one of the cartridges out, switches directions on it and writes “cold” on the package. Customer service is a lost art, except for at Locke Plumbing.

I am a single mom and I feel as though this company took advantage of my lack of knowledge when it came to fixing my plumbing situation. The man ‘Bill’ came and fixed my kitchen facet which was leaking, and it appeared he had done a good job until the following day the bottom of my sink had a puddle of water in front of it.. Now my kitchen sink is dripping from the pipe area under the sink and when I called to inquire about what was happened he stated that he could fix if I was willing to pay him more money for a problem I’m sure he created.. I informed him that this wasn’t happening before he came and he hung up the phone in my face. Very rude and disrespectful.

My house was built in 1957 and I’m pretty sure the plumbing has has never been updated. I needed twi new specific stems for my bathtub. They had the parts. I was in and out. I’m sure I saved hundreds! Thanks!
