I have never gone here and they didn’t have what I needed. No matter how old it is, they just walk right over to it and hand it to you. Amazing. Today, the man at the counter says “lever or knob” and we said “lever” and he pulls one of the cartridges out, switches directions on it and writes “cold” on the package. Customer service is a lost art, except for at Locke Plumbing.
I received the best service from O'die. He is professional,and definitely, the best plumber I've ever experienced. He was very knowledgeable in his technique. He has an outstandingly personally and I give him more than five stars because he is the best. You will be pleased with work .
I ordered a 6" valve unit. I received it quickly, and it was excellent quality. I unfortunately did not need it, and the return was a simple procedure. I highly recommend this company.
