Gent Heating And Cooling

We called Gent Heating & Cooling after being told (by another company) our unit needed a new damper motor. My husband wasn’t convinced of it and we had Gent come and look over our unit to give us a second opinion. They were quick, courteous, and their service tech was very thorough. He tested the damper over and over and each time it worked as it was supposed to. He did make some recommendations and changed a few of our airflow settings, which seem to be working well, but they saved us over $900 in a part we didn’t actually need. Thank you!

Gent did a Fantastic job fixing my AC unit. My wonderful Technician diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes and fixed the issue and had my AC up and running in less than 45 minutes!!!! In the heat of a Tennessee Summer you need Gent Heating & Cooling ???? Service: A/C system repair

We hired Gent to perform annual maintenance on a unit that was only three years old. The tech was on a call for most of the time. Our unit stopped working a few weeks later. Our unit went out on a Friday and they didn't respond till the following week. They would not come out with out charging us again. When we questioned why Francisco the tech was on the phone the entire time we were told it was because they were walking him through the process. Its frustrating that we paid $298 to have an untrained tech maintenance our unit. The only thing he did was inspect the unit and apply some tape to ductwork. It is unfortunate they do not stand by their work.
