Rackley Roofing recently completed several projects (roofing, coping, decking) for our condo association. While the material/labor shortages and other unprecedented complications caused by a global pandemic were frustrating for all involved, they managed the situation with transparency and integrity. Rackley Roofing was very responsive to my roof leak. I called them on Saturday and they came out on Monday morning. They quickly identified that the problem was damaged shingles, and roofing nails causing a hole in other shingles. They went out and secured the needed shingles, returned and in a short period of time completed the repair!
