Mathew Lee and the team at H.C.S. Services is pretty darn remarkable. I experienced a system loss on my HVAC and within 48 hours Mathew and his staff were on my replacement job and finished with customer satisfaction in mind. The reason for this review was simply due to the job being completed and Mathew going over the install again and making a subtle change for better efficiency. This may not seem like much, but I was very impressed with his diligence and follow through. Highly recommend.
Our experience has been great with this company. Matthew and Michael are both easy to communicate with and very professional. We had an HVAC outage on Sunday. It was not an emergency as we have two units. However, I contacted HCS. They responded and had a technician at my house Monday morning. The matter was addressed by 10 AM, less than 24 hours after we identified the issue. The team was responsive and professional. I highly recommend HCS. Service: A/C system repair
