Their sales pitch would make a vacuum cleaner salesman jealous. They refuse to take no for an answer. They are badgering me daily and claim that they are so inept or so ignorant that they do not have the capability of noting on their system that I have said no, and they have agreed they understand the word. They have either lied about their intent or simply refused to remove my phone number from their auto dialer. This type of harassment by a debt collector would be illegal.

Service was absolutely phenonimal! Installation was perfect. Highly recommend this business! And a huge thank you to Mark McHale. He was very professional and laid back. This is the first review to come. As of right now, my experience working with them has been great. David M came out just a little early, which was fine because discussions about what we wanted done ran longer than the representative on the phone said it would take. David was awesome, though. Very personable, read subtle cues my wife and I gave like he was reading a book, and was overall an awesome person to have dealt with. I am looking forward to seeing if the rest of the company stands up to the high expectations I now have of what to expect after Davids awesome salesmanship and company representation. He set the bar high for everyone else in the company to follow.
