This is the first review to come. As of right now, my experience working with them has been great. David M came out just a little early, which was fine because discussions about what we wanted done ran longer than the representative on the phone said it would take. David was awesome, though. Very personable, read subtle cues my wife and I gave like he was reading a book, and was overall an awesome person to have dealt with. I am looking forward to seeing if the rest of the company stands up to the high expectations I now have of what to expect after Davids awesome salesmanship and company representation. He set the bar high for everyone else in the company to follow.
I entered my name in a raffle at a fair which was obviously my mistake because this company has been spamming me with calls ever since. They call me 2-3 times daily and always from different phone numbers so I can't even block them. When I finally answered the phone today, I explained that I talked with them at the fair and was not interested in having work done at this time. The lady who answered gave a long, exasperated sigh which surprised me so I jokingly asked if that was okay with her. She very rudely responded, "I guess it's going to have to be!" I told her she was incredibly rude and that I wouldn't ever use them. These are all serious red flags. I wouldn't ever do business with a company that acts this way.
David M. came out to our home today to discuss putting in new windows for our 102 year old home. David was very honest, personable, and knowledgeable about the products. He was able to get us set up with a window replacement plan that fits our wants and needs all for a great price!!! David took his time making sure we understood what we were getting into! He went above and beyond and we can’t thank him enough. He made Pinnacle the easy choice for us!! We cannot wait for our install day and working with Pinnacle pros in the future for any home improvement projects! Thanks David and Pinnacle! Service: Window installation
