Great experience with Chelsea and her crew! I had a leak in my roof and based on other recommendations, called Chelsea with Knox City Roofs. She came to my house the next day and had her guys out to fix it later that same day! Amazing! Never thought it would be that easy. I will definitely call them if we ever have other roofing issues.
Chelsea is very professional and went above and beyond. She has integrity and that is hard to come by these days. Great communication and very timely. Highly recommend.
Based on my personal experience, I’ve already recommended Chelsey and Knox City Roofs to several people! She was super quick to go out and give me a quote, fairly priced, and honest about what we needed. The guys that came to do the work were also great! We had a pretty significant leak from bad chimney flashing and some old roof tiles that needed to be repaired ASAP, but we will definitely be calling Knox City Roofs in a couple of years when it’s time to replace the rest of the roof!
