I just had a very good experience with Knox City Roofs. I have been trying to get a medium sized satellite dish removed from my house for some time. Whenever a windy day came around it usually resulted in my thinking, "That thing is going to rip the roof and do all sorts of damage." Because that dish was mounted so high (27') I had neither the equipment nor the confidence to tackle the job myself. My first discovery - finding a contractor who could handle removing the dish was surprisingly difficult. I had several contractors come by to take a look and give a quote. I would give the go-ahead only to find that they kept bumping me on their schedule or worse not showing up and not returning my calls. It was my girlfriend who eventually connected me with Knox City Roofs. She had called their number on Wednesday; talked about the situation with Chelsey; got a quote; got assurance that the work and those doing it would be covered by insurance; and checked out the Knox City Roofs website /

I had roof damage from the recent storm. I contacted Chelsey at the suggestion of a friend who had used Knox City Roofs previously. I sent her pictures of the damage and received a quote from her within an hour. The work was scheduled for the next day and is now done. I commend Chelsey and her team for their responsiveness, quality workmanship, and great customer service. I have recommended KCR to others and will not hesitate to do so again.
