No showed first appointment, so I called (they didn’t contact me) to reschedule. Showed up the second time but then never sent a quote. Ghosted again Can’t speak to the quality of their work but can to their professionalism
Came out promptly when called to see if they could fix some issues without asking after a bad storm last night. Went the extra mile by inspecting for any other damage and replacing damage in a quick manner. Educated me on the damage and how the roofing was done so I have a better idea of what to look out for. Highly recommended.
We had some issues with our roof and when Pinpoint showed up, they immediately got to work and found the issues quickly. They were very quick to fix the problem. The quality of their work is near perfection and the guys were all professional and very friendly. All issues have been resolved and I haven't had any problems since they left.
