I called Knoxville Plumbing hoping to get on their schedule to come fix a drainage problem and I was very happy when they were able to come out that day. We talked about the issue and then set a time for the following day to repair the drain. Both Tim and Jordan were friendly and smiling all the time. The seemed to love the company they work for and were proud of their work. They fixed our problem and were very professional about it. I was happy to see they even put down a rug in our kitchen to catch all the shavings from the pipe they were fixing. They cleaned up and made sure we were satisfied with their work before leaving. I recently had plumbing work done. Water heater replacement and shower fixtures replace. Daniel was very professional and answered all questions I had. The work was accomplished in a timely manner and all work areas were clean when he finished. The finished product is awesome. He had a young man with him, Dekota. He was also very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.
