Knoxville Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

The day before Thanksgiving, the pipe coming out of my water heater has a pinhole leak in it and has water spewing out. I called a few different companies, but Knoxville Plumbing was the only company able to see me for the rest of the week without an outrageous service charge. Jeff Harvey came out to fix the issue, and he was in and out within about 45 minutes. He was very friendly and explained the issue with incredible detail. The work looks fantastic, and I can sleep well at night. If Jeff comes to your door, you know that you're getting quality work!

Knoxville Plumbing has now done 2 jobs for my family and they were both positive experiences. We decided to sign up for their VIP Club and it helped save us some money. They even honored an expired (by only a couple of days) coupon. Daniel was our plumbing technician and he was on time, communicated what he found in a way to easily understand, left to retrieve a part and returned to complete the work. Daniel did a very thorough review of all our plumbing, did everything he said he was going to, and overall did a great job! I had a very good experience and could solidly recommend Knoxville Plumbing and Daniel H.

They ran a new water line from the meter to the house. They bored under the driveway and slab in the utility room where they had to bust the concrete and dig down. They should have then been able to feed the flexible line through the hole in the pantry where the old line came in, but instead they left the pipe a foot off the wall in the room. Did not put concrete back, just left a room full of dirt and a hole in the floor. What a mess. They also did not install the junction box to ground level outside. Left it sticking out of the ground 6 to 8 inches, making mowing difficult. They also left clods of mud right outside the entry door. Very sloppy unfinished job. The leak is fixed but I'm very disappointed in the workmanship especially along with the almost $10,000.00 price tag.
