*edited down to one star* getting dan and his team finish a major project was like pulling teeth. I decided to back out of the final project due to sketchy inconsistencies and no communication (which I am still not getting). I even had his subcontractor call me asking why they weren’t getting paid. I have a year warranty on all work they performed and some of it is already messed up. When confronting Dan with it, he told me to contact the sub to come out and fix it… isn’t the company suppose to do that?? Dan has not given me my full refund even though he said he has all the paperwork he needs to give me my refund. He gave me a partial $400 refund for “good faith” and still owes me over 2k. Because of this stall in getting my money, Dan has now caused a section of my house to have major water damage. His communication lacks heavily and only responds to things he wants to. I’ve called his office multiple times and the lady who picks up the phone is just as frustrated as me sometimes. If
